Issues

Morgan for Health Care

Too many Oklahoma families are still struggling with the high price of health care and prescription drugs. I'll continue to fight for a solution that reduces costs while maintaining the quality our families deserve.

Morgan for Jobs

Oklahoma families aren't afraid of a hard day's work. We need to keep working to expand economic opportunities, keep Oklahoma jobs in Oklahoma and attract good paying jobs.

Morgan for Educating Young People

With parent's help, I believe values can be taught in the classroom. I think it's high time we got back to the basics.....the 4-R's, Reading, Writing, Arithmetic and RESPECT.

Education has and always will be one of my top priorities. An investment in Children's Education is in investment in Oklahoma's bright future.

Morgan on Taxes

As a business owner, I have worked to apply solid business practices to state government. High taxes are not the answer. We must look for ways to better manage taxpayer's money.

Morgan for Ag

I am a booster of 4-H and FFA. My daughter, Danielle, is a 4-H member. She benefits greatly from this program. I encourage the future of Ag in our community. My commitment did not start when I was asked to run, and it has not stopped after election.

One of Danny's favorite quotes about government:
"The moral test of government is how it treats those who
are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the aged; and those in the shadows of life, the sick, the needy and the handicapped." Hubert H. Humphrey

Morgan on Rural Oklahoma

I bring rural mainstream values to the Capitol and carry the message, concerns and needs of hardworking rural families to the entire legislature.

I remain ready and watchful to protect family farms and ranches, senior citizens, and the unique quality of life in Rural Oklahoma.

I led the fight to restore funding for senior nutrition centers.

I joined other rural legislators in passing Houe Bill 1482, the "Right to Farm" bill.

I provided leadership and protect the Rural Economic Action Plan (REAP) Grants, which were targeted for elimination, and rallied the call to rural leaders in my district.

Rural Oklahoma is a great place to live, recreate, work and raise a family, and I will remain vigilant in safeguarding what is best about our great state.

"I don't vote for every Republican because they are Republicans. And I don't vote for Democrats. There is one exception to that rule, though. I've known Danny Morgan for a long time, and won't hesitate to vote for him in November for State Representative. He is the exception to the rule...at least for me." -Mark White
